Wrangler Women's Aura From The Women at Wrangler Slender Stretch Jean, Midnight Blue, 8 Average Buyer Reviews
I'm a curvy woman with too much These jeans fit great - though I did have to shorten them a little - but they look good, hold a crease and their shape, and are very They don't make the gut disappear (that would take surgery) but they do "soften" the bulge a I've tried others that gapped at the waist and lost their shape, but but these jeans I'm very happy with
- texasgma

These are one of my favorite Fit is I would say they run I wear a 10 long, but this pair is very loose and very long on I washed them in hot water, but they did not shrink a I plan to buy another pair a size This pair of jeans are not what I think of when I hear the name They are well made, and have a modern fit and Would recommend to
- Martha Shaw

They fit all right, but they Washing doesn't smell just like a pair I had 30 years ago that came from Korea (these are from That other pair smelled through around 5 years of washing & wearing, and I'm not gonna suffer through more years of They're going
- Susan Goble "yralih"

Great fit, perfect length! I will be buying more of these! After multiple washes, no I love these jeans!
- Portianay "portianay"

I just purchased these and although they fit me in the Long seam length (something I have a very difficult time finding in most jeans), the rise is a bit high for my taste and the front crotch area bunches too much for a women's I wish they had described this item more There are many aura jeans and I'd like to order another pair but am not sure what the rise sizes
- Angelica

I live in the country and need my jeans to bend, twist, and turn jeans do I love how they make my adult curves That's my way of on the heavy side and these jeans make my over weight mommy body look rockin Lol
- Michelle

I bought the relaxed fit and am sorry I While I'm not "skinny", I'm not big and the relaxed fit is too The waist size is a bit large and from the hips down is I wear a size 12 and guess I would either wear a size 10 relaxed or a size 12
- Like to Read

I bought a pair of Women's Aura jeans at a regular brick and mortar store a while back and love those jeans, and decided to buy a new pair due to wear and The only similarities between these jeans and the jeans I already owned are the brand name and pocket The fabric on the recent purchase is barely what I'd call denim, and although the price was the same as the jeans I bought in the store last year, the quality of fabric just doesn't cut I washed them, hoping they would soften up just a little, but the fabric feels scratchy like stretch I'll keep them to wear on laundry day, but I definitely won't purchase another
- Vicki

I can wear them but they are not I have thick knees, thighs and smaller I ordered the I could have wore 16 w for the waist area, but the knee is tight and seem to drag them down after a while, then they sag in the crotch while wearing the 18 So they are loose in the I will keep them but will not order
- Chanel Sarma "BookWorm Momma"

I just ordered another pair of these They are very comfortable and easy to I am very happy with I am 5 3 inches tall and the shorts are perfect for

Levi's Women's 529 Curvy Styled Jean, Sunlit Indigo, 16 Medium Recent Reviews

Levi's Women's 529 Curvy Styled Jean, Sunlit Indigo, 16 Medium Recent Reviews
The jeans have a generous cut all over. I have found designers are making clothing bigger for the same size. I bought a size 4 and it is roomy like a size 6. The fabric quality is good.
- LSC

perfect in every way! these make me want to order five more so I can wear them all the time
- Del

This is the ONLY jean that I have tried on that did not gap at the waist! The boot cut also helps balance out the thighs. In my opinion, they are sized a bit large (I fit into an 8, but am probably really a 10 - but these days, it's hard to know as sizes are so skewed!). Anyway, give these a try. I originally bought some 529s at Kohls, was glad to find this color online, as it is a bit more dressy that the first pair I bought at Kohls (those had distressed areas on the front that kind of look like wrinkles). I sure hope they don't stop making these!!
- Denise Ruby

(Actually, this was written by my wife, consumer of the product being reviewed!)I have a small waist and curvy butt which makes finding the right fitting jeans difficult. Most jeans will fit my butt but the waist in the back of the jeans will have a gap causing me to wear a belt which bunches the waist. Levi's 529 curvy has just the right fit! No more belts! No more bunching! No gaps! Perfect! I will continue to purchase these jeans until like the company discontinues them which I hope is never.
- Rick Plavnicky

These are the best jeans ever - and they are not expensive either! I am curvy - large bottom and large hips, with a smaller waist - so it is hard to find jeans that fit my body. These jeans are perfect for me! I wish that Dockers came out with a similar fitting product because I would love to have khakis that fit like these jeans do.
- CHM

I am a big fan of Levi's 529 Curvy Boot Cut jeans in general. The Winding Road style is cute and flattering, but seems to run a little large in comparison with other 529s that I own. Initially, I purchased my normal size in Winding Road, but had to return them and order a size smaller. The smaller size just arrived today, and fits perfectly!
- Jennifer

I always have trouble when buying jeans... smaller waist and larger hips... I just knew these were not going to fit me... to my surprise they do fit me to a tee... better than some pants I have had made custom... thank you Levi's for making this style for us curvy gals.. waist fits great, length is perfect as I am tall, so I am going to order another couple of pairs since things I like tend to disappear. Love my new jeans!!
- Beach Lover (Sue) "SBGal"

jeans look and fit well..a little bit big on size , nice color , just the fabric is thin for levi''s jean.s
- elena

Every woman knows how hard it is to find a pair of jeans that fit, especially if you're curvy. These are hands down the most comfortable AND flattering pair of jeans I've ever owned, so I now have four pairs, and counting. They are very soft, and I wear them all the time, so they aren't terribly durable, but their softness is part of what makes them so comfortable. I've always been pretty narrow in the waist but larger in the butt (not so much hips) and thighs. Basically, I'm built like a gymnast. Usually that means if I can find jeans that fit in the thighs, they are huge at the waist, and gap in the back. These jeans don't do that. They fit PERFECTLY!
- Rebecca M.

Really not happy with this purchase. I was in Vegas just (from Australia) and bought a pair of size 10 M Levi's 529 curvy boot cut jeans. They are a PERFECT fit, which is rare for someone with my body shape, so I sought after more. I bought 3 pairs from amazon and got them yesterday. They don't fit and are plainly smaller in the waist than the ones I bought in Vegas. They should have been just so the same so I am EXTREMELY disappointed with these. These also have two buttons not 1, which is completely different to the other style. These jeans don't do up at all, at least the other two do up, they just don't fit comfortably.
- Unhappy

Challenging Monsanto: Over two million march the streets of 436 cities, 52 ... - RT

Millions of activists around the world have rallied against Monsanto, the biotechnology giant for genetically engineering agriculture and food while suppressing negative scientific research.

Organized by the 'March Against Monsanto' movement, an estimated two million have taken part in the massive event on Saturday spanning six continents, 52 nations, and at least 48 US states.

'It was empowering and inspiring to see so many people, from different walks of life, put aside their differences and come together today,' said Tami Canal, founder and organizer of the global event.

'We will continue until Monsanto complies with consumer demand. They are poisoning our children, poisoning our planet,' she said. 'If we don't act, who's going to?'

Follow RT's LIVE UPDATES on the March Against Monsanto campaign

The day of protest has already ended in Europe, where thousands of activists in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, France, Malta and elsewhere took to the streets to protest against Monsanto abuses.

Earlier in the day, hundreds of demonstrators in Brisbane and Melbourne in Australia and across Japan and South Africa took to the streets to protest against the multi-national corporation and to demand a ban on Genetically Engineered and Genetically Modified Organisms (GE/GMOs).

Angered by the lack of action from governments on the issue, activists in the western part of the globe - in North and South America - are also gearing up for the global march.

The organizers of the May 25 rally call for labeling of GM foods and further scientific research on the health effects of GE/GMOs. They also urge supporters to 'vote with their dollar' by buying only organic products and boycotting Monsanto-owned companies. Besides that, they are urging a repeal of the so-called Monsanto Protection Act and that the company's executives and politicians who back them are held to account through 'through direct communication, grassroots journalism, and social media.'

Initially a small, grassroots event, the march became a globe-spanning movement through the efforts of local activists and environmentalists. The protest is being organized on Facebook and Google Documents, where users can find a list of events near their location.

March Against Monsanto DirectorNick Bernabe told the Natural Society that genetically engineered food could affect everyone, even the apathetic: 'What we're trying to do is bring awareness to GMOs and the health effects that they're causing and bring about some solutions about what people can do to take back their food supply,' he said. 'They're expecting more than 15,000 people in San Francisco alone' We want to get people working together in their communities.'

Monsanto has described current research into GMO crops as "inconclusive," and has lobbied hard in Washington and around the globe to continue manufacturing lab-made foods without the oversight demanded by activists.

In March, Congress passed a biotech rider dubbed the 'Monsanto Protection Act' that effectively allows Monsanto and other companies that use GMOs to plant and sell genetically altered products even if legal action is taken against them.

Up until it was signed, 'the USDA [US Department of Agriculture] oversaw and approved (or denied) the testing of genetically modified seeds, while the federal courts retained the authority to halt the testing or sale of these plants if it felt that public health was being jeopardized. With HR 933 now a law, however, the court system no longer has the right to step in and protect the consumer,' explained James Brumley, a reporter for Investor Place.

'They own the largest share of the agribusiness, pesticides and seeds,' Joanne Montana, who organized a protest in Florida, told the Gainesville Sun. 'They're transnational, in food behind the scenes and a big conglomerate.'

The 'Monsanto Protection Act' was co-authored by a senator who has received thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from the company ' a revelation that did not surprise many, given that another important figure in Washington, Justice Clarence Thomas, served as an attorney for the corporation before he was nominated to the Supreme Court, only to eventually preside over a case involving his former employer.

But according to Food & Water Watch, the relationship between Monsanto and the government extends beyond Congress and the Supreme Court. In a statement accompanying a health report, Food & Water Watch wrote that communications uncovered by WikiLeaks detailed how 'the US State Department lobbies foreign governments to adopt pro-agricultural biotechnology policies and laws, operates a rigorous public relations campaign to improve the image of biotechnology and challenges commonsense biotechnology safeguards and rules' including opposing genetically engineered (GE) food labeling laws.'

Consumer rights group the Food and Water Watch disseminated a report highlighting how 'the State Department strategy sought to foist pro-biotech policies on foreign governments.'

The report describes a four-prong approach: promote biotech business interests; lobby foreign governments to weaken biotech rules; protect US biotech exports and press developing world to adopt biotech crops.

With the protest approaching, organizers have accused Monsanto of going on the offensive and wrote on the event's Facebook page that the mass rallies had not been cancelled, debunking a false rumor they accused Monsanto sympathizers of spreading.

'Events are disappearing, posts are being put on city event pages that say events are being cancelled,' said Tom Canal, an administrator for the March Against Monsanto Facebook page, according to the Organic Prepper blog. 'In no way, shape or form, has any event been cancelled. I believe Monsanto is behind this. Some of the people on the page that are commenting have newly made profiles and seemingly those profiles were made strictly to cause problems and get a rise out of our participants on the page.'

In an interview with Bloomberg earlier this month, Monsanto CEO Hugh Grant portrayed those who do not agree with his business tactics as snobs: 'There is this strange kind of reverse elitism: If I'm going to do this, then everything else shouldn't exist,' he said. 'In the US, we've got a system that works.'

In their ongoing struggle to reach a wider audience through the mainstream media, anti-GMO activists have outlined a number of solutions and goals for which they are advocating, including the "labeling of GE/GMOs so that consumers can make those informed decisions easier," "further scientific research on the health effects of GE/GMOs," and, perhaps most importantly, "taking to the streets to show the world and Monsanto that we won't take these injustices quietly."

Check back with RT throughout the weekend for the most extensive up-to-the-minute coverage on the global demonstrations.

UFC 160: What's Next for Khabib Nurmagomedov - Bleacher Report

The only thing Khabib Nurmagomedov has done wrong in the UFC hasn't even happened inside the Octagon. The now 20-0 Russian fighter missed weight for his fight vs. Abel Trujillo at UFC 160, forfeiting 20 percent of his purse.

The former Combat Sambo world champion may be a little lighter in the pocket due to his weight infraction, but he is now rich in opportunity and will face someone in the upper echelon of the 155-pound division in his next fight.

In what Dana White described as an 'ugly wrestling clinic' at the post-fight media scrum, Nurmagomedov dominated Trujillo in the grappling department for the entire three rounds, cruising to a unanimous 30-27 victory.

Nicknamed 'The Eagle,' the Russian fighter from AKA took down the Blackzilian protegeat will, shattering the UFC takedown record for one fight. He hit 21 out of 27 attempts, surpassing Sean Sherk's record of 16 that was set in a five-round title fight at UFC 73, back in 2007.

Nurmagomedov has now won his first four fights in the UFC. He has proven his worth by finishing Kamal Shalorus and Thiago Tavares'who are two very credible grapplers'while also showing he can grind out a decision in his win vs. Gleison Tibau.

This isn't a young fighter the UFC needs to groom. He is a 24-year-old phenom it needs to unleash.

'The Eagle' has yet to taste defeat in 20 professional fights and has already been ranked in the Top 10 in the lightweight rankings. Josh Thompson and Pat Healy's recent performances were the only reason he was bumped out of the Top 10.

Will the undefeated Red Fury fighter be tested by a higher-ranked 155er the next time out?

'He needs to fight higher-caliber guys,' White said.

Yes he does.

After his performance at UFC 160, Nurmagomedov should find himself back inside the Top 10 of the UFC rankings.

As far as his next fight, Pat Healy or Josh Thomson sound like good matchups. Either opponent will test if he belongs among the elite of the 155-pound division.

Love these jeans. They were soft and comfortable from the first time I put them on. Perfect fit. Bought 3 more pair.
- G. Nursery "Justme"

I was skeptical about ordering jeans online, but since I by no means have time to shop in an real pile, I took a chance. Actually glad I did. These jeans fit wonderfully. I'm a size 16 and approved the 16 - they fit true to size. They work perfectly with boots covered over which is what I wanted them for. I also actually like the quality of denim. Very fortunate with this hold!
- L. Bernstein "lbeth"

I had a baby 3 months ago and instead of continuing to wear my maternity clothes as I am losing weight, I purchased these jeans in a size 14, hoping I could wear them through the holidays. I normally wear a size 12. When I got these jeans in the mail on Saturday, I was super excited, because they were a great color, and were Levi's. I was a fit model for levi's for several years, so I know what size I wear with them for just about every pair of jeans. When I went to try these jeans on, I couldn't even get them over my thighs to pull on all the way! Again - Yes I had a baby 3 months ago, so I'm a little different in certain places, but I can't even pull these up all the way! I have a size 12 of Levi's that I have no problem pulling up, they are just too tight to button - 10 more lbs and I'll be just fine, but I was really hoping to be able to wear these newer jeans for a few weeks/months as I worked on losing baby weight!Fortunately, Levi's and amazon are great and I was able to exchange them for a size 16 and have everything shipped right away still, so hopefully they will be here in time for my daughter's first halloween "party" on Saturday!Overall... be cautious when purchasing. KNOW your size in Levi's, and use the size chart available.

I unquestionably love these jeans!!!!! They are super thick denim, but have a good stretch. They hold their shape nicely, they fit impeccably, and once i put them on, I by no means want to take them off. I force buy a second pair because I love them so much.
- cinnamon

I was very hesitant to purchase a pair of premium denim due to the high price. I have about 20 pairs of jeans from Express, Gap, H&M, etc. and all have fit issues. They all seem to fit in the store, but stretch and never fit the same after washing. This is not the case with 7 for all Mankind. I have 2 pairs now and both retain their shape during wear and after washing. I took this pair to Europe with me for a 10 day vacation knowing that I would not be able to wash them. They held their shape and fit just the same on the last day of the vacation. I am 5'6" and 125lbs and the 27 fits great! They are long enough to cuff for casual day wear or leave long for evening wear. The destroyed look isn't overpowering which is nice. Just a few areas here and there and most long shirts cover it if it isn't for you. Overall these jeans are perfect!

(WBM00231P-485-18) Wallflower PUS SIZE Fashion Basics Curvy Bootcut Denim Jeans with Flap Back Pockets in Campus Indigo Size: 18 Buyer Reviews
I didn't realize that curvy meant that these bad boys are coming up to your belly button. Noted and returned. Excellent for a larger behind, as I have, but. The pockets look TINY with all of that fabric. Not very flattering on my figure, but. That could just be me.
- Windfall71

I have a very tough time finding jeans because I have big hips and thighs (think chun li street fighter). Although not fat I have a lot of muscle from the navy. My hips are a 43" and usually jeans are baggy in the thighs and way too tight on the hips. I bought these as a try size 16 plus and they are perfect! I could of done a 14 but I don't like that painted on jeans look (it's not cute!). I took a shot on this size bc wallflower.com didn't have a size chart. I really think I found my new favorite brand! I'm sick of spending 90$ on jeans from lucky size 12. These feel great and the length is amazing!!! (I'm 5'2)-jilly
- Richard Lesley "Richard Lesley"

They fit very well for "big girl" jeans and they feel awesome when I'm wearing them. They are now my "sexy" jeans.
- Brat

Ordering clothes online is always a gamble. However, I took a chance on these jeans, and I'm so glad I did! Just to be safe, I ordered one size larger than I would normally buy and I'm glad I did, because they run a tad small. But they are very cute and comfortable!
- Sarah E. Oliver "biogirl50"

I had read that these ran a lil big in the waist, but they worked just fine for me ;) I'm a mom of 2, so I still have some tummy area to get rid off. I have tried other jeans with a lil stretch in them and after a few hours I'm pulling them up and then the knees and butt get so baggy I hate to wear them out of the house. These have a lil give, but hold their shape all day. I have even worn them for a couple of times w/o washing and did't get the droopy butt look. I will be buying these again, since they are now my go to jeans!!
- Cappy

I'm apple shaped, so as usual they are too tight on the waist and 2 sizes too big in the butt and thighs. I hate it! I find jeans to fit me so rarely, it's ridiculous! Sucks.
- Janna

Cute...but snug "like woah". I could've done better with going one size up. Keeping them out of laziness and not wanting to make the effort that a return would require. The jeans are of high quality and look adorable. Very flattering on my rear. The length fell short of my expectations so I won't be wearing heels with these. Again, they get 3 stars only because of the fact that they are closely cut in the thigh area. Thankfully I am working toward changing my eating & exercise habits (a LIFESTYLE change, if you will, rather than another yo-yo fad diet) and I am confident the fit will relax a bit. Overall the coloring, heavy stitching, and tastefully studded pocket details were all impressive.
- Mony

  • Wide Waistband
  • Double front button
  • Heavy Stitch Detail
  • Back pocket rhinestone accents

Wallflower PLUS SIZE Curvy Fit bootcut jeans will fit you and your curves like a glove. They have a little extra space where you need iit and a extra waist band with double buttons to keep everything where it looks its best.

Report: Notre Dame QB Everett Golson no longer with program - SI.com

Everett Golson led the Irish to an undefeated regular season and a BCS title game matchup with Alabama. (AP)

By Zac Ellis

Everett Golson, the quarterback who helped lead Notre Dame to last season's BCS National Championship Game, is no longer a member of the Fighting Irish, according to multiple reports. A Notre Dame spokesperson confirmed to WNDU.com that the sophomore passer is not currently enrolled at the school.

Notre Dame spokesperson Dennis Brown would not disclose the reason behind Golson's departure, telling ESPN.com that the school is barred by law from divulging specifics on the player's situation.

'Everett is not enrolled at the university. Federal law and our own polices preclude us from discussing specifics.'

Initial reports stated that Golson's abrupt exitmight involve some form of a residence life violation, Chicago Tribunereporter and SI.com contributor Brian Hamilton tweeted:

Hamilton later reported that the violation was allegedly academic in nature:

While more details will surely surface in the coming days, one thing is immediately clear: Notre Dame will need to find a new starting quarterback. As a redshirt freshman last season, Golson started 12 of 13 games, throwing for2,405 yards,12 touchdowns and six interceptions. The first-year player completed 58.8 percent of his passes and finished the season with a 131.0 quarterback rating. Hewas also a rushing threat for the Irish, tallying 298 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. Keyed by a dominant defense and Golson's dual-threat ability, the Irish reached the BCS title game for the first time since 1988, losing to Alabama 42-14 despite a 270-yard, two-touchdown performance from their quarterbackin the championship contest.

Coming off that title game berth, Golson's role as the starter was all but assured heading into 2013. And while Golson needed to improve his accuracy and decision making, there was wide-spread excitement in South Bend about his growth potential this coming season. If he helped the Irish go undefeated as a raw rookie, how good could he ' and by extension the Irish ' ultimately be?

That thinking had permeated the depth chart, as backup quarterback Gunner Kiel, a former five-star recruit, transferred to Cincinnati just before the start of spring practice in an effort to find a situation where he could compete for the starting job.

Kiel probably wishes he'd stayed put in light of this latest news. With Golson and Kiel gone, however, the Irish will likely stage an open competition between three passers: senior Tommy Rees, the most experienced quarterback on the Notre Dame roster with 18 career starts; fourth-year junior Andrew Hendrix, who has game experience but fell down the depth chart last season; and early enrollee Malik Zaire, a highly touted recruit who was the No. 3 quarterback in the class of 2013, according to Rivals.com. Rees should get the first look given his considerable game experience, but when trusted to lead the offense in the past, Rees has come up short, committing bone-headed turnovers at crucial times and running afoul of the law.

Notre Dame is no stranger to offseason distractions in the wake of Manti Te'o's bizarre fake girlfriend saga, but Te'o was off to the NFL regardless. In addition to the Golson news being one more headline headache for the Irish, it presents a very real and very unanticipated on-field concern. If Notre Dame hopes to wake the echoes in consecutive seasons, it's going to need to find a quarterback first.

U-Turn Style 1119 Butt lifting, Levanta Cola, Skinny Leg Premium French Terry Fashion Moleton in Beige Purchaser Reviews

U-Turn Style 1119 Butt lifting, Levanta Cola, Skinny Leg Premium French Terry Fashion Moleton in Beige Purchaser Reviews
I'm 5'5 and 130lbs, usually wear size 3-5, and I ordered size S. It seemed so tiny and the fabric was softer than I expected(like the other reviewer said, it is NOT jeans or regular cotton pants), but..I tried it on, woooooow, it fit me so good! Very comfortable, and my butt looked great!!!!!! I was slightly worried anouth the strength of the fabric, so I contacted to the seller and she responsed me in a second and wiped my worry off. In fact, I worked in it all days long(parts of my work are loading/unloading heavy boxes and opening/closing canopy) but this pants kept the style, never be loose or tore. I'm more than happy with it!!!!!

I bought U TURN 381 and 1119. After trying them on I feel I am equally in love with both. Only difference to me is the style. I will order more colors from the U TURN line. You cannot go wrong owning one pair or several pairs.I love these pants they hug every curve and molds to my body. My legs/thighs look leaner and butt is looking sexy.I placed an order for 4 items from fashion2love. This order rates as one of my BEST ONLINE shopping experiences. The seller Miri responds very quickly to email. She also provides her personal phone number and email with your purchase. If there are any questions or problems she is AVAILABLE because she wants to ensure the customer is satisfied with the purchase. She was so helpful!!!I felt like I had a sales associate with me just like when I am in the store. She was able to answer all of my questions regarding sizing. If you are in doubt about what to purchase email Miri with your waist and hip measurements.I am going to order additional items from fashion2love. I will be a lifelong customer as long as they are in business.

These jeans are excellent. Great quality, looks and fit like the picture as long as you buy them in your size!I know the young lady stated that it would be best to buy a size up but if I would have bought these in a size up I would have waste money because they would have gone back! I went to a store near by and first tried on the x large and they fit loose but with a wedged "up your butt" look ( not nice). I then, tried on my reg. size large and I found it works best for me. It was smooth over my butt just like the picture.I have an hour glass figure. If you are pair shaped and have very wide hips, you may want to go a size up.
- Ze

They don't call me JLO for nothing AND these jeans let everyone know why!!! The fit is perfect! I have had problems with Butt lifting jeans sliding down...I feel like I have to keep pulling them up in the back and that's not the case with these, they stay in place. I like the thickness of the material also. Jeans have gotten thinner and thinner and give you a stuff sausage look if you have any meat on your bones! These hold you in and give you a smooth look with no bulges. Bravo!
- JLO

Amazing pants! I started off with only 2 pairs, but I already ordered few more. I'm usually size 3, so I ordered Small. As it turned out, they did not fit properly (they were just a bit too big). I contacted the seller for a refund while I ordered the XS. She was VERY helpful and sent me the right sizes right away. They fit great - I don't think I ever had pants that fit me so well! Usually skinny jeans flatten your butt, but these actually embrace your curves! (I'm small so my butt tends to disappear completely when I wear skinny jeans. But not in this case!!) I was very happy with the results and all the complements that I have been getting. The price is very good, too!PROS:- they really do make your BUTT POP and make it MORE NOTICEABLE- the fabric is very GOOD QUALITY- very COMFORTABLE but at the same time TIGHT enough to SHOW YOUR CURVES- you will feel more CONFIDENT with all the complements you'll be getting- GREAT PRICE- the seller will help you out with whatever you need! She answers emails very quickly.CONS:- none!!!ABOUT THE SELLER:- answers emails very quickly- makes returns/exchanges easy and fast- cares about the seller's satisfaction- very helpful
- CollegeGirl

I was looking for beige/khaki pants and found these. Not sure how I came across these pants but I'm glad I did. I've only worn them once but they're very comfortable, made from quality materials and very flattering. I expected them to be cheap looking but they aren't at all. I'm very happy with my purchase and the seller shipped them the day after I ordered them. I'm 5'10 and a size 6 in jeans and I got a medium and it fits perfectly. I plan on purchasing more of these!
- OK

These pants are wonderful if you like a snug-but-not-super-tight fit with a substantial fabric. They are not at all see-through--even the white. They are made out of a sort of french terrycloth, so there's a tiny bit of texture on the inside but they are smooth on the outside. They are NOT denim. These said they have "butt-lifting" technology but I didn't experience anything like that in the three pair that I purchased. They are low-waisted and about 32" in length which works perfectly for my leggy/shortwaisted 5'7" frame. THEY RUN SMALL. I couldn't figure out what size to order so I contacted the seller (very nice BTW). I usually wear an 8-10 and I'm 137 lbs.--she told me to order the XL. I was shocked but I did it and they fit perfectly. And the seller said in her email to me that I could just send them back for a refund if they didn't fit. They wash well but I wouldn't put them in the dryer--too much risk of shrinkage. I've gotten lots of compliments on these skinnies whenever I wear them.
- voguewinegirl

I wish I didn't have to write this, but I'm not happy with what I got. I have tons of Colombian pants (levantacola - butt liffting) and this pant is not close of what I was expecting for. I have a medium size (5'4" and 134 pounds) and they didn't have any medium size so as I read in the reviews... they come a little small so you should order a bigger size than yours.. I got a Large one.It is big for me, won't push up your butt and they tend to fall when you walk. The only think that I like is that they're just comfortable and good quality fabric. But for me, it was a waste of money.
- Lidia Ramos Roman

My butt looks perfect in these pants. Great quality, not at all see through. Size runs a little bit smaller, I'm 94 sm in my butt and usually I wear size S, but ordered size M and it fits great.I've got the pants in purple color and now I want to buy some more colors.
- Maria

I gave it a 4 stars because there is no but lifting to these jeans don't believe the hype but they are extremely comfortable if u are looking for something comfortable to slip in than these are your jeans

I cant wait to see if they are going to be so long that I have to get them hemmed, or if the fit well be just a little strange and have to be returned. I wanted a pair of Happy Skinny Jeans and oh that these can fill my desire of ownership of the perfect jeans!???
- KG

i love this jeans. I tryed it on first 6 months ago and ever since i couldnt stop thinking about them so i finally bought mine in size 28. I love the fit and how it looks with heels, 28 is not small, so it makes me look tall and slim! Everybody complemented me on them. Very suitable for a casual office attire.
- Ratoncita

great deal, great product very pleased with the purchase I recommend 100% I hope to continue buying their products in the future
- luis carlos medina ruiz

I agree with some of the other reviewers. I have several pairs of Diesel jeans. The price on these was too good to resist. But, when I received them they just weren't up to par. The jeans were much longer than standard. The material/finish on this pair really appeared cheaper than my others too. Given the large amount of hemming that would be required, and the less than stellar appearance, I returned them.
- sjb

I love these jeans! They are dark like in the picture, and they can be worn dressed up or down. The fit is very flattering, not too tight but not loose. My only complaint is the length, I am 5'6" and I had to get the hems done cause these jeans were very long. Highly recommended. Great Quality.

It looks just like the advertised picture.Pros: Snug fit all around. Soft corduroy jeans.Cons: The ad didn't mention anywhere that it was corduroy. It might not be to your liking if you don't like corduroy fabric. I was expecting just black denim material. but decided to keep this pair.

America's oldest veteran to spend quiet Memorial Day at Texas home - Fox News

  • World War II veteran Richard Overton, left, is seen in his Army uniform in an undated photograph provided by the City of Austin. Overton, 107, sits outside his Texas home earlier this month. (AP/Austin American Statesman)

For his 107th Memorial Day, Richard Arvine Overton, who saw many of his fellow soldiers fall in the line of duty in World War II and even more die over the following decades, is planning a quiet day at the Texas home he built after returning home from World War II.

He wouldn't want it any other way.

Overton, who is believed to be the nation's oldest veteran, told FoxNews.com he'll likely spend the day on the porch of his East Austin home with a cigar nestled in his right hand, perhaps with a cup of whiskey-stiffened coffee nearby.

'I don't know, some people might do something for me, but I'll be glad just to sit down and rest,' the Army veteran said during a phone interview. 'I'm no young man no more.'

'I'm no young man no more.'

- Richard Overton, 107

Overton, who was born on May, 11, 1906, in Texas' Bastrop County, has gotten used to being the center of attention of late. In addition to being formally recognized by Austin Mayor Lee Leffingwell on May 9, Overton traveled to Washington, D.C., on May 17 as part of Honor Flight, a nonprofit group that transports veterans free of charge to memorials dedicated to their service. Despite serving in the South Pacific from 1942 through 1945, including stops in Hawaii, Guam, Palau and Iwo Jima to name a few, it was Overton's first time in the nation's capital.

'I was really honored when I got there,' Overton said of his visit to the World War II Memorial. 'There were so many people, it was up in the thousands. And we danced and we jumped ' them people tickled me to death. It made me happy as can be.'

The entire experience gave Overton a 'good thrill,' he said, and the significance of visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial at a time when an African-American holds the country's highest elected office was not lost him.

'I was very, very happy,' Overton continued, adding that he wasn't deterred by Washington's expansive National Mall. 'At my age and my strength, I'm able to stand up and do anything. My mind is good, so I'm able to do what I want.'

Overton credits his longevity to aspirin, which he takes daily, and the relatively stress-free life he's enjoyed since getting out of the service in October 1945. He then worked at local furniture stores before taking a position with the Texas Treasury Department in Austin. He married twice but never fathered any children and still attends church every Sunday.

'I got good health and I don't take any medicine,' he said. 'I also stay busy around the yards, I trim trees, help with the horses. The driveways get dirty, so I clean them. I do something to keep myself moving. I don't watch television.'

Overton also passes his time with up to 12 cigars a day and a little whiskey in his morning coffee. The hooch helps keep Overton spry, he said.

'I may drink a little in the evening too with some soda water, but that's it,' he said. 'Whiskey's a good medicine. It keeps your muscles tender.'

Overton's secrets may be unorthodox to some, but it's hard to argue with someone approaching supercentenarian status ' an individual aged 110 or older. There are believed to be just 57 people worldwide that meet that classification, including 114-year-old Jeralean Talley, of Inkster, Mich., who is the oldest person in the United States according to the Gerontology Research Group. (Talley, who was born in 1899, reportedly celebrated her birthday on Thursday and passes her time listening to baseball on the radio and watching television.)

Among U.S. veterans, it's extremely difficult ' if not impossible ' to confirm Overton's place as the oldest living former soldier since just roughly 9 million of the nation's 22 million vets are registered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. But that didn't stop the city of Austin from recognizing him as the oldest veteran in Texas during his birthday proclamation at City Hall. Mayor Leffingwell, in a statement to FoxNews.com, said Austin is 'honored' to call Overton one of its own.

'I've spoken with Mr. Overton on a few different occasions, and admire his spirit for life and his country,' the statement read. 'He is truly one of our unsung heroes and we are privileged that he calls Austin his home.'

Overton, for his part, believes he's the oldest veteran in the country, although he said he feels decades younger and doesn't really embrace the part. He wishes he could spend a few hours this Memorial Day reliving war stories with fellow veterans, but he's outlived most ' if not all ' of them.

'I know I had someone from my platoon until recently, but he passed so now I don't have anyone that I know,' he said. 'So I feel lonesome by myself sometimes. I would love to ask some of them some questions, but nobody is here. Everybody's passed.'

Wrangler Women's Booty Up Low Rise Jean, Antique, 7/8x32 User Reviews
I have bought a lot of Wrangler jean products before, and these are nice jeans, but they aren't really denim. They are fake denim and I'm not a big fan on how they sit on my Justin Cowboy boots. They do look nice though.
- Kara

Love these jeans, they are very flattering, comfortable and a perfect riding jean. I ride horses a lot, I am a trainer and riding instructor so I need my jeans to be functional and last, these are great and add a little bling and fun to my work clothes. I really like the bit of stretch they have. One thing about the bling, the crystals are a glue on type and do come off after a while. My first pair after about 6 months of wearing them have about half the crystals. I still love them nonetheless. I might get a pair just for going out on the town though so the bling is all there.
- Brittany Eicher

I like these jeans very much, seem to look pretty decent on me too, although I do not know if my booty is 'upped' or not... I like that they feel well made & sturdy, I expect I will have them for many years. They are quite stretchy and close fitting.Only con is that the decorated pockets are quite low on me. I am 5 foot, so this might not be an issue for taller ladies.
- Greedisourenemy

These jeans are just fantastic! My absolute favourite ~ they are so flattering and comfortable, most of all well made! Great colour with feminine detailing. So happy to be able to get these shipped to NZ! :o)

European Tour CEO apologizes for comment about Sergio Garcia's 'colored ... - The Birmingham News - al.com

In this June 16, 2002 file photo, Sergio Garcia, left, and Tiger Woods talk on the 11th hole while waiting for play to resume after a rain delay during the final round of the U.S. Open Golf Championship in Farmingdale, N.Y. Garcia was at a European Tour awards dinner Tuesday night when he was jokingly asked if he would have Woods over for dinner during the U.S. Open. The Spaniard replied, "We'll have him round every night. We will serve fried chicken." Woods took to Twitter on Wednesday and said the comment wasn't silly, rather it was wrong and hurtful. (AP Photo/Dave Martin, File)

The CEO of the European tour apologized for using the term "colored" during a television interview Thursday when asked about the feud between Tiger Woods and Sergio Garcia.

George O'Grady said that "most of Sergio's friends are colored athletes in the United States."

"I deeply regret using an inappropriate word in a live interview for Sky Sports for which I unreservedly apologize," O'Grady said in a statement released later Thursday.

Woods and Garcia have traded verbal jabs over the past two weeks when Garcia implied that Woods distracted him during the Player's Championship.

On Tuesday, Garcia was asked if he would have Woods over for dinner during the U.S. Open.

"We'll have him round every night," Garcia replied. "We will serve fried chicken."

In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Woods responded.

Guide Gear® Women's Flannel - lined Jeans Stonewash, STONE WASH, 12 Purchaser Reviews

Guide Gear® Women's Flannel - lined Jeans Stonewash, STONE WASH, 12 Purchaser Reviews
Someone on a review mentioned that the sizes ran small. Based on that I got one and two sizes larger than I normally wear. Tried the smaller size on it is a bit too big in the waist and hips, but thought they would shrink when washed. They did not shrink anywhere but in the length ( which is fine because they were too long). So now I have a roomy pair of lined jeans that I hope I don't grow into!. So if you are true size 10 and not tight in the waist or hips----get that size!!! The larger of the 2 sizes I gave to a friend(she normally wears that size) and they fit great. They are well made. Next time I'll order my size though!
- bluebird

I purchased jeans and they didn't fit (rise was not low enough). I was impressed with how easy it was to return them and also how quickly they refunded my money.
- Rio Vista Momma

Nice jeans. I ordered up a size based on sizing chart and needed to exchange them for my regular size. Great service and price. Fast delivery too. Very well made and appears to be just what I wanted.
- Red Rover

I love the fit and warmth of these jeans. I was concerned they would make me appear heavier, but looked great on. If I lived in a colder climate, I would purchase several more pairs, but don't need them too often in S. GA.
- K. Craft

I hate the cold weather and the only thing that makes it bearable are my flannel lined jeans. These are a great bargin and shipping is fast
- rochellemcc

Flannel lined jeans are a staple for me for winter, and these are a great approve of. The denim is sturdy save for soft and comes out of the dryer crinkle free. Flannel is very cuddly. I had gained weight so bought a size I knew would be ample sufficient and comfortable. That said, I still find them a little baggy in the thighs, and could take them in there. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with this purchase, and this strain. I would definitely look for more brands starting this manufacturer, and will approve of a smaller size of these quickly =)
- Suebean

I was tired of freezing when I was walking the dog, shoveling, or walking the docks at work. SOOOOOOOOO I ordered a pair of flannel lined jeans. As the other reviews suggest, they are tight in the waist but yet they spring out at the hips and continue their oversized cut through the legs. How many people have small waists but big hips and legs? Wouldn't you think it would be uniform throughout??? Having said that, they are comfortable and serve the purpose. I didn't want to send them back and be cold again! A mom in PA
- Deb Mercer

I ordered 2 pair of these just to be sure I got one that fit. I ordered one and two sizes larger than my normal since some of the reviews mentioned they were small. The 2 size larger jeans fit before washing but were too tight to wear after washing.
- PatronQueen

These jeans are the best I've worn through any winter. This year has been soooo cold, and I've taken it in stride because my jeans keep me warm and comfortable. Thank you so much for not only a great pair of jeans, but for the quick delivery of them. You are a Godsend...
- Trisha

These are a warm jean but I would recommend to order a size larger. I ordered my standard size and could barely button them which made for an uncomfortable football game. Otherwise, great for outdoor activities.

Star Trek: Does a man really need to apologise for Alice Eve's underwear scene? - Telegraph.co.uk

Well, in terms of this newly discovered mindfulness, we could start with learning to spell 'misogynistic' - if that is indeed a word - you know, just as a gesture, but let's not pour cold water on his efforts yet ' after all, you applaud the toddler if it gets the poo near the potty the first few times, don't you?

And he did apologise later for his poor spelling:

What prompted this mea culpa? An increasing awareness of the gender imbalance in big budget films? It was revealed this week in Cannes that just 28pc of speaking roles go to women. A burning sense of injustice at the treatment of young actresses? A visitation by an alien space Queen (perhaps even a lesbian Queen), to inform him that her armies of outraged Extra-Terrestrial Fembots were coming to get him?

No, it was complaints from the film-going public i.e. the target audience for the film. That was the motivating factor ' naked commercialism, if you will - but nevermind, the fact is, he is at least considering it now, which is good. It would be great, in future, if writers and producers just ask themselves why the actress has to play this scene half-naked before they actually turn on the cameras, rather than once the film is in the cinema.

Of course, no-one's arguing for a total lack of nudity in film, just some sort of parity between the sexes over all in terms of character, dialogue and plot. If there's a reason to be naked or half-naked, go ahead and strip ' it can be highly effective in terms of character development and some actresses value it as an expression of freedom and naturalism (just try getting Kate Winslet, pictured here in The Reader, to keep her top ON, for god's sake). The problems occur when no-one can see any good reason why the clothes are on the floor, and if even the Star Trek audience is complaining (and I should imagine a high proportion are young men), then it is safe to say something has gone a little awry in the filming process.

Of course Alice Eve is an Oxford-educated actress, daughter of Trevor Eve (once reportedly the highest paid actor in TV) and is certainly no fool. She knows the ins and outs of the industry as she was brought up practically bouncing on its knee, and she certainly has the intelligence to assess what she's doing and why. But this role would have the opportunity of a lifetime for an aspiring British actor in Hollywood, and perhaps even if she was uncomfortable with stripping off she would have thought twice about mentioning it, mindful as she would have been of the fate of actresses before her who had insisted on keeping their clothes on before they had reached Meryl Streep-status.

But if we find Hollywood and indeed the whole entertainment industry in an apologising mood (hello Michael Bay ' anytime you're ready'), they could take tour around the website Bitch Flicks, a page run by and devoted to women who like good films. They have a highly amusing rundown of the much-noted gratuitous female nudity in the recent, BAFTA winning Game of Thrones adaptations.

It got so out of hand that jezebel.com has even nicknamed it Game of Boners, and Saturday Night Live did a sketch last year about Game of Thrones and its two creative consultants: author George R.R. Martin, and a 13-year-old boy who adds naked women in the background of every scene.

An apology may not be so forthcoming however, as its producer merely stated "we do what's right for us". Well that's fine then. Perhaps Star Trek is so far into the future that we will have to wait for everyone else to catch up. At least we've had a glimpse of what's to come.
